I'd skip on the top 3 1b and take Tulowitzki for SURE. No doubt about it.
That guy puts up almost the power and RBI numbers that a top 1b would and add SBs to it as well from the SS position? Nuff said.
1b is very deep, you can get a good 1b in the late early rounds (fielder, konerko, ortiz, tex etc someone will be there for you)
