The Astros play 6 games in week #1 and I am wondering if they are going to skip Redding whever possible this year? If so, Pettitte gets two starts in week #1 and I am happy. Any information on how they plan to use Redding as their 5th starter?

oswalt
clemens
pettite
miller
redding
who else is going to bust into that rotation? how do you have redding as a #6? he's on the up and up and his 1.20 spring era hopefully is foreshadowing a breakout year for my sleeperoftheyear(tm)!

From what I have been reading, Carlos Hernandez will be the 6th guy in Houston. The rotation goes Oswalt, Pettitte, Clemens, Miller, Redding, and, Hernandez.

I think Clemens will be the guy they skip most often this year. It was a stipulation when they signed him out of retirement that he do that. I also think that he does not have to come to the park on days he does not pitch. Thats not a team attitude now is it? I get the Houston Chronicle everyday. Most of my info is from that paper.
