Keeper League or Regular League?
If Its a keeper league Upton Gonzalez is a no brainer I think. If its not Adrian's injury worries me a little so depending if you have a lot of health risks or not, I would go via that way.
A lot of injury prone guys already on your team I go the Holiday Fielder side, No injuried guys or prone to injury I go Upton Gonz

Ya its a keeper league - you think they have more upside? Its a goofy scenario, but I am trading away prince and holliday to get gonzalez and I am already keeping upton. Think thats still worth it?

I think you need to get more than Adrian for Holliday and Fielder maybe try to nab a pick. Are you trading both those players because you cant keep both?

Exactly, I'm already keeping 6 (which is the max) - lincecum, pujols, wright, cano, and then upton/holliday/prince...so i was offered gonzalez for prince/holliday...what if i talked him into prince/upton...or would you keep upton b/c of age?

Yeah Upton i like, I think at 22 (could be off a year or 2) is a solid player and already has some nice numbers under his belt, last year I believe he was hampered due to Injury. So if you could hold on to him. I would just try to get a pick in the deal or maybe. Now also you are handcuffing yourself getting another 1b like Gonzalez doing that trade (not that he is terrible) But does he have an SP that he might be able to move to you? I know completely getting off the topic you asked but just an idea.
Help me out! Kind of on board with what we are talking about here.

I agree with you about a 2nd 1st baseman, but I'm kind of in a corner b/c noone that has a good SP is willing to make a 2 for 1 trade b/c then they can't keep all of their players. so this is really the best deal I can get. maybe I can weasel out a pick of him...what do you think, his 2nd?

I think any pick is better than nothing... but yeah he is a better player just don't get ripped off I think you need more than just Gonzalez tho but in the end dont let it be the reason the trade didnt go through cause clearly you re upgrading.
