which to keep - mauer or votto? WHIR

Postby slagbot » Tue Mar 01, 2011 8:10 pm

my heart and position scarcity say Mauer, common sense says Votto could easily put up a Pujols-esque campaign. is Mauer too much of an injury risk to pass on Votto?

my other keepers are Hanley and Halladay, no-brainers. yahoo 12-team roto league.

leave a link and i'll try to help you back.

thanks!

Votto by an absolute long shot. Don't overthink this.
(In reference to an Aaron Hill for David Price swap)

Unless you could bet the mortgage on a near 30 HR year from Mauer there's no doubt about Votto here. Done and done.

Help?

I'll add another vote to the "no question, keep Votto" side. ;-D

Mauer may be the best catcher this year (then again, maybe not), but he's got no chance of putting up 35 HRs, 110 RBIs, stealing 10+ bags. Votto produces great #s across the board, especially in a roto league. Mauer is good, but you don't risk him before keeping a stud like Votto.

Help with mine?
