projections tool?

I was hoping that someone here in the cafe can help me find a fantasy baseball projections tool. I came across it once before but i don't remember the site. What i do remember is that you can set whatever your league's settings are, the number of teams and style of play/draft and it will spit out projections and ranking based on your league. Can anyone help me find this again? any help or a point in the right direction is greatly appreciated.

I really like the interface of that tool, but unless I'm missing it they don't have any projections on there, it's just stats from previous seasons.

Because of that, I've been using www.lastplayerpicked.com for the last couple of years. It's not nearly as polished, but the spreadsheet-look to it is pretty intuitive.
