New Dynasty League: Interested?

Looking to start a new dynasty league for all of you interested. I am looking for 24 or 30 owners to take over a full roster this season.

Full majors and minors will be used (including full minors draft).
Contracts and Free Agency to be used (starting contracts will be current contracts)
Minimal cost (15 dollars at most) for site and the rest to the winner.
Will be run on CBS and non-CBS message board.
Head to Head
If 24 teams, other 6 teams will be contracted and re-drafted
