I don't know what to think. I Love my top two Pitchers, but I think I will need wins. My Offense is decent, but only if they all stay healthy.....and I know they won't. any help?

i think you could use a little more speed, especially out of your outfield.

I'd consider starting Tex instead of Nevin at 1st, with Nevin's injury worries.
Also pick up another pitcher; who's available on waivers?
