I have a feeling it will be alot closer then you think. I would take Bills for the extra Ks, but it wouldn't surprise me to see Lilly beat Bills in ERA and Whip

Definitely Billingsley. Lilly provides a nice ERA and WHIP, but I'll take Billingsley's upside over him every day of the week.

I'd go with Bills. I do think Lilly is underrated, but I don't think this one is that close. Lilly will be solid, but Bills has all the upside.
