Trade Peter Bourjos for Ian Stewart?

This is the 3rd year of my 20 team h2h dynasty league. I think my team is pretty solid but I think it could use a makeover. I am thinking of trading Bourjos for Ian Stewart. Do you think this is good trade for me to make?

I'd take Stewart over Bourjos straight up, but I don't think you can sacrifice the speed. I'd stay put.
