Need advice on Draft. RtSports. RotoLEague

I am doing a roto 5 X 5 for the first time. I draft in the 10 spot. Here are the positions:

* 2 Catchers
* 1 First Baseman
* 1 Second Baseman
* 1 Third Baseman
* 1 Shortstop
* 1 Corner Infielder (1B or 3B)
* 1 Middle Infielder (2B or SS)
* 5 Outfielders
* 1 Utility Player (any hitter)
* 9 Pitchers

I don't know what strategy to use, everyone is saying to not draft pitching early. We start 9 pitchers and there is no SP/RP category. We also start 2 catchers, is grabbing Mauer with my 3.10 a must? I really appreciate any help I can get. For my 1st 2 I am looking at Adrian Gonzalez/Crawford..AG/Halladay (need advice on pitching) or AG/Cano.

Go hitting early. I say about 3-4 hitters before drafting 1 pitcher. I always target someone like Verlander in round 5, or Weaver in round 6 as my staff ace.

I doubt Mauer will be there for your 3.10, he usually goes before then, but since you start two catchers, he'd be a nice grab then.

I also highly doubt Crawford or Cano will be there at 10. They both usually go in the top 5 (or have been in 90% of drafts I've done).

AG would be a great target at 10. Also at the turn I think you'd be looking at guys like CarGo, Halladay, Tulo (although I myself wouldn't use a top 20 pick on him), and David Wright.
