Couchmanagers Slow Auction Nominations

So some owners are having issues with owners not using their nominations to nominate a player, but rather bid for a player on the draft board. I do not really see a problem with stockpiling nominations, teams are given 4 at a time and receive another nomination when their nomination clears the board. I really have not put much thought in how this is an issue either way, so asking the experts for some advice for next years auction. Do I leave as is or implement some sort of rule?
