20 team Dynasty H2H 13cat(OBP, QS, Holds, K/9 instead of SO). We're in the middle of a slow draft. Non-salary, No FAAB. Roster 25 + 5 Minor league slots.

Sp-Hellickson
SP-Kuroda
P-J. Zimmermann
If I'm unable to trade for Ace or Sub-Ace would you do this?

I am assuming that you keep your entire roster year to year. If that is correct, then I don't do this trade. Wainwright will have plenty of value in a year and should come back to being his old self.

I don't mind trading Wainwright in this situation, but the trade will need to bring back greater value if you do it. Drabek, while a great young prospect, is no sure thing. I would want a little bit more of a guaranteed prospect. I'd roll the dice with someone like Brian Mautsz perhaps.
