12 team h2h. doubles are counted and obp instead of avg. Quality starts also included. We will be keeping 8-10 keepers 9th and 10th keepers will count as your first two draft picks.
butler cantu granderson garett jones casey mcgehee montero pence quentin reyes roberts pudge rodriguez bj upton wigginton
anderson franklin josh johnson nolasco petitte chris perez krod max sherzer r soriano adam wainwright
i finsihed runner up last year with this roster so i wont have a high draft pick unless other teams keep more guys. im thinking: butler, mcgehee, reyes, pence, upton, anderson, johnson, scherzer any thoughts or opinions out there??? thanks in advance.
It looks like some decisions were made with you including Wainwright's injury and Soriano a set up man in NY. The only questionable players that comes into play other than your list are Grqanderson and Quentin, and that is a personal preference. I actually side with you and chose to leave them off. Some may be higher on them. I have no issues with your list.
I'm going to rank 1-10 who I would keep and why (I don't know if you will make the decision to go the full 10 keepers or not):
1). Hunter Pence--great OF who fills all the stats, hitting his prime 2). Josh Johnson--great top-end starter who will continue to progress 3). Adam Wainwright--would be ranked 1st if he weren't hurt, but I think you'd be crazy not to hold on to him. 4). Billy Butler--still young, so hopefully we can see an uptick in power (20-25 HR, please?) 5). Jose Reyes--he says he's as healthy as he has ever been. If so, 50 steals could be back in the picture. 6). Casey McGehee--love him. Great source for RBIs hitting in that lineup behind guys like Weeks/Braun/Fielder. 7). Max Scherzer--Hopefully he has everything solved now and can be a force to be reckoned with. 8). Ricky Nolasco--I'm probably higher on him than most, but a great source for K's. 9). BJ Upton--good for steals, maybe R's, and honestly, I think that's it. I don't see this guy ever putting it all together. 10). Carlos Quentin--I have a sneaky suspicion he could return to that MVP form he flashed 2 years ago before getting hurt.
(In reference to an Aaron Hill for David Price swap)
