Should I trade for Rios ? WHIR

I was approached by a team who is rebuilding and is offering Rios or whoever for picks or young players to rebuild
Should I even look at something like this? Well Rios is good.. but I do have Victorino and already have the Utility spot filled with Reynolds

Could you think of a trade?
We are still in the middle of the draft
He is willing to trade for picks for next year...like my 1st round or 2nd for a later round of his

He does have an interest in a RF...and I do have Snider who is young

This year I am playing to win as last year was my rebuilding year...
