All this talk is fine & stuff but now I'm on the clock (slow draft) Ha ha
I'm looking at these as best available:CC ($26) J. Johnson ($32) Jimenez ($29) Hanson ($26) Seems awful expensive to me, but which would you take, if any?
The overall top-ranked players are the pitchers above, the best 3 hitters are OFers Pence($25) A Rios ($19) and Ellsbury ($28), but I wanted to wait on outfielders a little bit this year.
After what happened to Wainwright, do I wait a little more on pitching? Also, it's a cap league so value comes to mind.
5 x 5 H2H weekly (5 x 5 pitching is "standard" W/K/ERA/WHIP/SV) Salary cap a measley $255 Start 5 SP and 2 RP, no roster limit so I can load up on $1 and $2 guys if I want My 4 so far (keepers): 1B Votto ($15 one player half price) DH A. Dunn ($21) SS Tulo ($28) 2B R. Weeks ($17)
I think all the SP prices are high. If i had to pick, Hanson. Why do you want to wait on OF? I think SP is the deepest position. I might take Pence myself.

No particular reason...just that of the 12 teams, 16 OFers were kept. We start 3 OF (1 DH), plus it's a salary cap so things like what happened last year (Torii Hunter was available at $26 after the draft was over) But I am thinking of taking Pence all of a sudden.
Also, McCann($25) and V-Mart ($26) are there. I've noticed as the pre-season goes on, these veteran catchers are climbing into the 3rd (KFFL experts draft) for V-Mart and the 4th round for McCann. I was gonna wait on Napoli but with Votto, Dunn, Weeks and Tulo, I think I have enough power and a decent balance on AVG., although if I take V-Mart I could use those across-the-board numbers....
But if I take a SP I was looking toward Josh johnson or Tommy hanson
I like McCann over VMart. Vmart had some huge splits (Fenway/road). Plus his numbers drop when he plays 1B/DH versus C, for whatever reason. I think he's a bit overrated.

Thanks for all your help! Especially over the years. The only reason I was favoring V-Mart over McCann is because I am targeting Prado as my 3B! ha ha But I'm getting too nit-picky here.
