12 keepers please advise (WHIR)

I thought I had my set of keepers ready and complete, but with the recent news of Cy Young candidate Wainwright going down..... .It really pushes me back, do I go out and trade say a "Corey Hart" for a starter, or do I just stand pat, and spend that $18 (Wainwright's salary) @ the auction. It really sucks cause I had a stud locked in at a good value. Players have 3 year contracts then after there 3rd year, we can either top there salary, "hold there rights in the auction" and then when bidding stops we can keep or walk away. salary cap is $260 @ the auction, and $305 active roster salary during the season. We are also allowed to carry over one minor leaguer.

We start the following weekly, 2-Catchers, 2-1B, 2-2B, 2-3B, 2-SS, 5-OF, 1-DH, 8-Pitchers (Starters or Relievers) plus have a 6 man bench, with a 3 man minor league slot. $100 FAAB throughout the season.
(Despite the salary, I am leaning towards keeping V-Mart since we start 2 catchers and he should get DH eligibility this season too boot, he has his value, and catchers go pretty quickly when we need to start 2 weekly)

So I have one slot left for keeping, out of the following players:
1B - A.Pujols $topper$ (being a topper I decided to walk away, and trade for A-Gon this offseason. Cause Pujols will probably go for $50+ @ the auction - PASS)
1B/OF - G.Jones $5 (3) (turning into a platoon player)
2B - F.Sanchez $5 (2) (injury bug keeps following him)
2B/OF - E.Young $3 (2) (if he was guarenteed a job, not a bad keeper)
3B - D.Wright $40 (2) (top ranked 3B, but I think $40 might be too high, do I keep him now that $18 is off the books with Wainwright?)
OF - J.Tabata $11 (2) (nice source of speed, $11 might be too high)
OF - C.Crisp $1 (2) (cheap, but injury prone)
OF - A.Either $topper$ (probably will reach $25-$30 @ the auction, PASS)
OF/DH/1B - A.Lind $topper$ (rebound year, ditto with Either $$$ comparison PASS)
SP - C.Lee $topper$ (will probably push $30+ @ my draft.....I can still target him during the auction, or do I keep his rights?)
SP - J.Johnson $topper$ (similar situation to C.Lee)
SP - J.Jurrjens $topper$ (pointless to Top and keep)
RP - D.Bard $1 (2) (nice cheap option, should be closer for the Sox in 2012, and I would have him for $1)

I would definitely go with Wright or Pujols here. Even if Pujols is topped out, you are still in a similar position, spending possible only another 32 dollars on top of the 18 you would have spent on Wainwright to keep the pretty much consensus overall #1 pick. Wright would be my choice if you have salary considerations as well, or if you think Pujols is going to get bid higher than 50-55.

By keeping Wright $40, that would put me @ $164 going into the draft, leaving me $96 for 12 players. (1 Catcher, 1-1B, 1-2B, 1-SS, 2-OF, 1-DH, 5-P)

I have never gone into a draft with so little money to spend. Could be tough, even tho I am keeping allot of "stars" across the board.

I like the idea of trading Hart actually. I think you can find somebody who falls in love with Hart at $3. bet you can get a front of the line starting pitcher with him. If not I would agree with above post that Pujols is the one to keep and then Wright if it gets to costly.

Try to trade Hart.

I like the idea of trading Hart as well. I think its easier to trade hitting for pitching.

I'd go Wright or Pujols. Make your team strong while it's still within your control. You might have to take some extra risks on other position players and pitching but that's pretty typical on any fantasy baseball team anyway.

Yeah, I would try to trade Hart for a SP and then keep Wright.

Keep Wright. Think of him as only being $22 due to the Wainwright issue. He's worth the $40 and yes you have little money for the draft but a stout lineup IMO.

I'd keep Wright and try and trade Hart. Wright is a stud and it would be tough to give him up.
