A handful of videos per day, little interviews with players and managers, things like that. One free MLB.tv live broadcast per day, although you don't get to pick which game. Audio for pretty much every game, as far as I can tell. Home and away feeds available. Typical blackouts are in effect (checked via GPS. If you're jailbroken, there are ways around it). There's supposed to be pitch-by-pitch data with the locations and everything, but I haven't seen that work properly the few times I've tried (could be because it's spring training). If it's worth the $15 is up to you. For me, it's worth it. I can watch an hour's worth of a game while I eat my lunch and listen to another one on the drive home from work. Cliff Lee and the Phillies was the freebie today.

For audio during the regular season: Every game is available, both home and away feed, NO blackouts. Its why I buy the app, because I love baseball on the radio. I did have this app for last season and used the audio a lot. (I could even go shopping on the weekend with my wife without wanting to shoot myself. She was fine that i brought my ear buds!)
Blackouts do apply to video. I think if you pay for the mlb.com tv service, the one that give you all games except blackouts via your pc, you also can get them on your iphone/android. There is a place on the app where you can use your mlb.com logon. But I'm not 100% sure because I don't pay for that service.
There are a few things with the New York Yankees that never change. That's pride, tradition, and most of all, we have the greatest fans in the world. -Derek Jeter, 9/21/08 -- last words from old Yankee Stadium
