20 team, 12x12 league. C / 1B / 2B /3B / SS / LF / CF / RF / DH / 5SP / 3RP.
I am keeping Cano (2) and Justin Upton (5) for definite.
I can also keep Jay Bruce for a 4th round pick and Max Scherzer for a 7th.
Should I keep Bruce or Scherzer or both?

I would keep both. They're not tremendous values now, but you are most likely not going to be able to get players with that much upside in those rounds. They could be great values at the end of the season though. Personally, I would be targeting them in the draft anyways, so why not just ensure you have them to start with?

Yeah I would keep both for the picks considering 20 teams and your not going to be able to replace Bruce....
