Choo or Cruz = what level of SP?

It's a 16 team dynasty H2H league that we have outfield positions (LF,CF,RF). I have a plethora of RFs. Right now I have Choo, Cruz, and Heyward. I'm looking to trade Choo or Cruz. What type of SP should I legitimately be able to land in a 1 for 1 trade with one of these guys? How high can I go?

I'd be looking for a Haren or Kershaw or Weaver type . . .I'd set my floor at Roy Oswalt-ish . . .I'd want more for Choo than Cruz
