Upton or Hamilton? Keeper League

I am in a 10-team keeper league that scores in a head-to-head format with standard scoring.

I need to keep an OF and I have to choose between either Justin Upton or Josh Hamilton. Any thoughts?

Hamilton's stats are better in all categories and the offense around him help way more than BJ Upton's.

This kinda depends on whether you have a greater need for speed or for power, but in general I would go with Hamilton. Even if he gets hurt and only plays 120-140 games, you'll probably get as many hr's and rbi's as Upton would in 162 games, plus you can play someone else in his place if he does get hurt.

Of course would rather keep both but if I had to choose it depends on what kind of team you have. Are you in win it now mode? Then take Hamilton. He is slightly safer though he won't stay healthy but you know when he is healthy he will give you the numbers. If you like to gamble a little or your team isn't a lock for post season success take Upton. He has major upside but there is no guarantee that he lives up to it. Heck we are still waiting on his brother (granted Justin has always had more upside than BJ). I would probably take Upton. I love the 30/30 and I think he should be a safer play for this year and a soon to be top 10 player.

I like idea of keeping both, but I favour Hamilton. I know whagt I will get for 130/40 games..... Upton is still potential in my mind.

He was referring to Justin not BJ who I happen to think is over rated.
But none the less I would take Hamilton .
