You'd be trading quality for quantity. Not typically a good idea in a 12 team league.

I'd pass on the deal... not enough value in return for Youk, who will be quite a commodity when he adds 3B eligibility early on in the season.

No. Youk is a top option at 3B and you should look to acquire similar talent. Phillips is a serviceable 2B but Putz is a low tier closer. You can do better than this.
