Here is the fairest solution I can think of and what I will be doing:

If by Wednesday night at 10:00 PM EST we have not completed the draft, I will submit the draft results to that point. We will finish the draft here at the forum. I will lock rosters from adding players, but will allow you to enter your lineups. Once everyone has made their pick in round 26, I will add them all at the same time (maybe it will be Wednesday at midnight, maybe it will be Thursday, maybe Friday). Then I will unlock everyone's rosters. That way everyone has the same number of players on their team and the snake order and waiver wire order are both preserved.

If you have not yet selected in Round 26, please try to get a list in to one (or multiple) person who has already completed their draft. If I were to receive the lists of all remaining participants, I can finish this very quickly. This is the best way to ensure that we all finish.
