I hate to throw back Stanton or Mauer but I think i agree. Stanton is a liability with BA and Mauer's strength really comes from 1 cat(although he contributes in others).

With 5 OF positions, I would definitely keep Upton over Mauer. Not to mention the much higher ceiling with Upton.

Anyway, I agree with most that you should drop Stanton and Mauer.

The only caveat I have is that it depends on how long you can keep a player - and what your chances are of redrafting Stanton. I completely agree he will be a liability with Avg, but if you can keep a player for 5+ years, you may really regret dropping him back into the draft if you can't redraft him.

Anyway...even with that said, I drop Stanton and Mauer back into the pool.
