I play in a 12-team 5x5 keeper auction league with a $260 in-season cap.I am being flooded with offers for HanRam, as he's $32 this year and when his salary goes to $64 next year, he'll be back in the auction pool.
Most have been bad or not enough for me to make it. But this latest one is making me think. I've been offered Derek Jeter ($11), Ryan Raburn ($2), Madison Baumgarner ($3) and my choice of Matt Capps ($7), John Axford ($6) or Craig Kimbrel ($2).
He also has Jay Bruce at $6 and Josh Johson at $8 which I may try and get. What do you think of a deal involving 3 or 4 of these players?
I will gladly help in return, just post a link to your question.

I like it.......capitalize on Han Ram before you lose him anyways next year. SS isn't that weak as it used to be. And its a 12 team league.
Bumgarner @ $3 is a MUST Jeter @ $11 (even tho he is in decline is serviceable) Axford $6 or Kimbrel $2 (pass on Capps, Nathan has looked good early, he should be back in form)
Doubt you can get JJ in this deal, but it would be nice to snag Bruce instead of Jeter if you can?
What's the rest of your team look like? How deep are your rosters? How does salary inflation work in your league?
On its face, it's a "rebuild for the future" trade, which I wouldn't do pre-season unless you know you've got zero chance at the title. Jeter's the only guy you'll get any value from this year.

I wouldn't take anything less than Bruce, Johnson, Kimbrel, but also depends on your other keepers if any of the guys your bringing in will not replace the ones you already have.
Here's my team going into the year. Keepers are due Sunday, but trade deadline is tonight at midnight until after the draft. Last year we drafted 20 starters plus a 3-man reserve list. This year we are drafting 28 total players; 20 starters, 5 bench and 3 reserve list.
Napoli, Mike(1B,C) TEX 6 LaRoche, Adam(1B) WAS 15 Johnson, Kelly(2B) ARI 7 Ramirez, Aramis(3B) CHC 30 Ramirez, Hanley(SS) FLA 32 Abreu, Bobby(OF) ANA 23 Hunter, Torii(OF) ANA 13 Lee, Carlos(1B,OF) HOU 29 Soriano, Alfonso(OF) CHC 12 Drew, J.D.(OF) BOS 2 Pierzynski, A.J.(C) CHW 2 Suzuki, Kurt(C) OAK 2 Freeman, Freddie(1B) ATL 2 Taylor, Michael(OF) OAK 0/3 Kouzmanoff, Kevin(3B) OAK 4 Reimold, Nolan(OF) BAL 3 Beltre, Adrian(3B) TEX 10 Prado, Martin(2B,3B) ATL 5 Jurrjens, Jair(P) ATL 10 Kuroda, Hiroki(P) LA 10 Latos, Mat(P) SD 10 League, Brandon(P) SEA 6 Lilly, Ted(P) LA 10 Lyon, Brandon(P) HOU 2 Myers, Brett(P) HOU 2 Scherzer, Max(P) DET 5 Thornton, Matt(P) CHW 7 Neshek, Pat(P) MIN 0/3 Simon, Alfredo(P) BAL 2 Todd, Jess(P) CLE 0/3
Players in bold are guys I plan on keeping. The max we can keep is 10. Players in italics are reserve list players. If I choose to keep them, they cost $3, hence the two prices.
We start 11 hitters (C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, 4 OFs IF, UT) and 9 pitchers.

I don't like that deal at all. Unless you are sure you are going to get last, this just seems like giving away an elite piece of a championship team for lots of bench space crap.
