Ok, we keep 3 players and I am unsure of which 3. Hanley is the only one I am sure on. Votto is a great player but plays 1st, tons of options there. Lester is an Ace.
I have the 8th pick and am unsure who will be available. I am leaneing toward keeping Hanley, Votto and Arod and then getting SP late. I am just concered of Arod and this being a keeper. Let me know what you think.
I would have to go with Hanley, Votto and Lester. 3B is not a deep postition but I think you can find a suitable replacement in the draft. Look to guys like Bautista (if not being kept as OF has 3B eligibility), Alvarez, Zimmerman, Prado, McGehee, Sandoval even a Prado.
3B is thin this year. Arod is aging, but is still an elite player who carries more value than Lester. But all of the top SP in your league are being kept. And with a higher IP requirement, it may not be a bad idea to keep Lester (who will remain in the top 10 for years IMO).
Hanley and Votto are the easy keepers, so it comes between Lester and A-Rod.
While it would typically be a difficul decision, the others have noted the right reasons behind Lester. All the other surefire aces are already being kept, but there will be better 3B choice during the draft.
