My league has no minor league roster, but we have 10 pitchers, and I always like to draft one who has a good chance of getting called up late in the season. Although it is early, who would you suggest that I think of???
thanks
Glenn

Tough question. I would say Jacob Turner but it is too hard to predict what the Tigers do with their prospects. So, I'm going to guess...Shelby Miller.
Jarrod Parker - high upside coming off TJ but I think he'll either get put in the bullpen or shutdown at the end of the season. he could get called up earlier though and start.
Pineda, Lamb, Montgomery, Gibson, Britton (BAL), Lyles and Castro are a few that I think could get called up as starters but it's really impossible to guess on callups. I didn't list guys like Mperez and Teheran since I don't think they'll get more than a handful of bullpen innings (MLB) this season.
Kyle Drabek basically has a spot in the Toronto rotation. Chris Sale could be closing games in Chicago (AL) by the end of the year. Other than that, Kab's list is pretty good.
Here's my early ranking of Pitchers expected to get time in 2011:
Chapman, Aroldis LHP Cincinati Reds Drabek, Kyle RHP Toronto Blue Jays Britton, Zach LHP Baltimore Orioles Montgomery, Michael LHP Kansas City Royals Minor, Michael LHP Atlanta Braves Gibson, Kyle RHP Minnesota Twins Pineda, Michael RHP Seattle Mariners Sale, Chris LHP Chicago White Sox Lyles, Jordan RHP Houston Astros
In my fridge: Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS), Central Waters Peruvian Morning, Bell's Batch 10,000, Dale's Pale Ale, Capital Brewery Amber, New Glarus Moon Man, and Guinness.
