Doesn't look newbish to me. On the contrary, it looks like you have a solid foundation to build on. There are lots of elements I like, including the speed/power balance, Burnitz as a fourth OF, setting up a potential Coors platoon, and an emphasis on pitching on your bench.

Not much to gripe about here. Ordinarily I'd probably grumble about paying too much attention on OF early in the draft, but you still managed to fill the shallow positions nicely, which isn't easy in a 12-team league. One more source of saves would be nice if you have daily lineup changes, but that's just a minor detail. If you can make a good move or two during the season, there's nothing to stop this team from contending.

This is a solid team ;-D

Although, I would try to improve at catcher because some look at hernadez's #'s from last season and want him badly even though he wont come close to those #'s ever again.........................

Thanks for the input guys! It is a league with daily changes so maybe I should shop one of my extra starting pitchers for another closer. I only took Hernandez because I needed a catcher and he was the best available in the 16th round, I'll probably drop him later in the year depending if Ramon Castro or Joe Mauer get any playing time, I think either one of them has way more upside than Hernandez. Like I said, I'm a fantasy newb, but not a baseball newb, so maybe I can share my insight and help out others like you guys have helped me :-D .
