Where to join a money league, I tried CBS no go

I played Fantasy baseball a few years ago and wanted to get back into playing and wanted to join a money league. I tried to join a league on CBS Sports but looks like I'm unable to since my state (Indiana) dosn't let me accept prizes or so cbs says. Any way to get around this?

Best way around this would probably be to try to join/start a league around here on the Classifieds page and handle everything off the books with a mix of some trustworthy owners from around here and friends. Other than that, you prolly just have to organize 9-13 guys you know locally and start up a league that way.
