I need a 1st baseman...so I could take Pena or Hendrick...but also need speed where I could take Piere or Rajai Davis...they would be on my bench but maybe not if one of my OFers faulter...or I need the SB's later in the week as this is h2h,,,Snider gives me some future and he may come into his own this year...or is there someone is the group below you like better

This. I've always liked Kendrick, and he finally got 600 ABs last year, but was pretty underwhelming. In H2H, Pena's BA may not hurt you as much. Even then most people expect him to return to .240-.250, which is bad, but not unbearable like last year. I would take a chance on him, he seem to be good value at this point.
Not sure of your settings, but Carlos Lee might qualify at 1B for you too.
Carlos Lee just got to 20 games at first base last year; he seems a better fit there than your other choices and would open up LF for either of the guys you are looking at
