Take a bounce back year from Pena in a new park then go Snider if there with your next pick

This. I've always liked Kendrick, and he finally got 600 ABs last year, but was pretty underwhelming. In H2H, Pena's BA may not hurt you as much. Even then most people expect him to return to .240-.250, which is bad, but not unbearable like last year. I would take a chance on him, he seem to be good value at this point.

Not sure of your settings, but Carlos Lee might qualify at 1B for you too.

Carlos Lee just got to 20 games at first base last year; he seems a better fit there than your other choices and would open up LF for either of the guys you are looking at

Pena would be a good pick. I would also try and grab Lee later on, I like what he could do in Balt. Snider would be a good pick as well.
