I would keep HanRam and look to score a closer later in the draft. I feel that Bell had a great year being a Padres team that won a lot of close games. I think their SP's are worse this year as well as their office and they will win much less. I know with closers that doesn't necessarily hold to how many saves they have but I could see a little regression with Bell. Unless, as others have said that there is a SS available that you are targeting I think that you keep Hanley.

I don't know if any decent Shortstops will be available.
Baseball is a game where a curve is an optical illusion, a screwball can be a pitch or a person, stealing is legal and you can spit anywhere you like except in the umpire's eye or on the ball. ~Jim Murray

Then I probably wouldn't do it.
If you could get even an average SS, I would do it. Anyone who will get some ABs and not tank your AVG.

I would not do this deal, keep Hanley and try to win this year, throw him back in after this season and redraft him for probably less than 64, if it is more than 64 then someone is probably screwing themselves.

It's a good deal for you, AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A REPLACEMENT SS IN PLACE.
Looking forward to back to back championships in 2011!

I agree, unless you can get a good replacement then don't do it.
