Here's a pretty good sign of Victor's fantasy potential: The prospect rich Indians organization regard him as their top prospect. This in spite of the fact that he's a terrible defensive catcher. Bard, who is a decent prospect in his own right is an absolute stud behind the plate, but because of Victor's bat he will have to take a back seat. Also, when Martinez isn't behind the plate, the Indians will have him playing first, giving him more games than most available catchers.
I wouldn't be surprised if he posted a .300+ average with 15 homeruns this year as another poster predicted.
