Do I make this trade? He will also give me a 6th rounder. I also have Kinsler.

Yeah, cause you have Kinsler. Pedroia is a hot commodity (I'm thinking about keeping Rickie Weeks with only 4 keepers b/c of the 2nd base uncertainty) So that makes Pedoia valuable. And first base is loaded.
but I beleive in Kinsler a little more than some, so I would rather have Morneau and Kinsler than Kinsler and Pedroia

I think I agree that I like Morneau and Kinsler better than Kinsler and Pedroia. Plus you get a 6th rd pick.

I like that trade, though I don't know your league settings. Getting a 6th rounder out of it too is nice. Morneau is an interesting gamble. People are going to be very wary of him because of that concussion. You've got the slack with Kinsler to roll the dice on him.
All advice welcome on my keeper question.

I like the value, so I think I'd take the deal. My main reservation, though, is that you are filling your roster with two pretty big question marks in Kinsler and Morneau. It's not crazy to think that both will miss a significant amount of time next season, so where would that leave you. Since you'll be getting that 6th round pick, it might be best to consider it an insurance pick and force yourself to draft a solid backup with it... maybe someone like Prado who can play both 2B and 1B.
