This list is awful. However, to be fair, it's not a top 100 prospect list, it's 100 guys to watch for 2011. Mike Trout has an almost 0% of having an MLB impact in 2011.

Paul White's intro to the list states - "They aren't necessarily baseball's best prospects but rather rhe ones most likely to make a mark in 2011." Some no longer qualify as rookies which would keep them off most top prospect lists.
