Callaspo has been hitting very well, but I'm wondering how many games he'll play this week with Aybar back starting Monday.
KJ is in a 0-15 slump and was benched yesterday to help him figure things out.
I take it it's a weekly league? Callaspo will get playing time regardless of Aybar, and with KJ benched for now, ride the hot hand. Long-term, KJ is going to be your guy, but for now, keep doing the right thing.
Good luck!

My league is heavy on pitching, wins or saves. Just a heads up.
C. G. Soto 1B. M. Cabrera 2B. N. Walker SS. J. Reyes 3B. C. McGehee OF. V. Wells OF. J. Werth OF. A. Gordon UT. I. Kinsler UT. D. Ortiz BN. G. Sizemore BN J. Gomes BN C. Jones
SP. D. Price SP. F. Liriano SP. C. Buchholtz SP. J. Chacin SP. R. Nolasco RP. J. Hanarhan RP. J. Whalen BN. J. Cueto
Is my team, obviously. A trade has been brought up where I'd give up Werth for Valverde. I would think if i do it, Valverde becomes my number one closer, but I'm nervous about completely killing my outfield (it might already be).
As a fellow Metropolitans supporter, my condolences But hey, there's always HOPE, right? ....?
Anyway, onto your question:

Should a do the trade? Thanks in advance.
I personally wouldn't do it. Although Werth has struggled, he will most likely still end the season with a .285ish Batting Average, 25+ homers, and 15+ stolen bases. Valverde isn't a top top closer, but Hanrahan and Walden (I presume you meant Jordan Walden?) are acting the part right now.
What place are you in?
Rather than dealing your best OF, can you instead look into capitalizing on Gomes' or Chipper's hot starts, and package them with Nolasco or Cueto to upgrade at SP?
THEN, after your 2 for 1's (I LOVE those trades), you'll end up with 1 free spot...at that point, come back to me and let me know the RP's on the WW. I almost guarantee you there's a guy sitting there that will end the year with 10-20 saves. There always is. Trust me.
Stay in touch, and good luck!

I'm currently 10th out of 12. I'm not sure who I should go after if I do the package deal. I'd be leaning to give up Nolasco more than Cueto, I suppose.
Off the following, who would be good choices, if any... to go after.
- CJ Wilson - Zack Grenkie - Dan Haren - Jamie Garcia
I'd like to get Haren. What should I give up to possibly get him? OR, should i settle for one of the others mentioned?
As for the RP's. Farnsworth, Aardsma, Frank Fransisco and Jose Contreas (also Lidge) are on the WW.
Lastly (sorry for so many, I'm just over thinking this stuff).
I just thinking about this... Nolasco/Gomes for Valverde/Pence. Would that be a beneficial trade?
Stayed up all night working on a column debuting Tuesday (deadline was this morning), so pretty beat. Gonna grab some shut eye but will be back on line in late afternoon Monday to answer all your pending questions.
Apologies for the delay, but good luck!
