I would go with Pagan and Flowler. You have a deep solid team... and this would take care of team speed with your last keepers. Kind of an ideal situation...

You're loaded enough that you can afford to roll the dice with your last two keepers. I'd personally go G. Jones and D. Fowler with the last two based on upside for useful stats. Good luck!

I like Pena and Fowler for your final two slots. Pena's average isn't going to be great, but the power is always there, which makes him a decent option. As for Fowler, I expect good things out of him this season. He hasn't lived up to the hype yet, but he's still very young and skipped AAA all together when he first came up. He had a rough April and May, but after a demotion to AAA, he was much better when he returned to the majors. He'll score plenty of runs hitting leadoff, and the steals should go way up as he learns pitcher's pickoff moves and becomes more comfortable in that area at the major league level.
