12 team auction league where we start with $300
My keepers: K Morales ($12), P Alvarez ($1), P Hughes ($3), Hellickson ($1)

I can extend one other player from my roster for next season. My 2 best options are Weeks for $1, or Carlos Gonzalez for $17.

Weeks seems like a great value for a dollar, but CarGo was the #1 player in CBS's ratings last season. Who would you keep? I'm going with CarGo unless I get talked out of it.

Well, I feel like a fool because I'm worried about whether or not to keep Weeks at $17 as 1 of my 4 keepers (keeping weeks over guys like Ubaldo jimenez ($23) and Tommy Hanson ($20) ($280 league cap)

I would maybe drop Morales and keep Weeks and Gonzalez...but you can't, right? You have to choose 1? Dang, that's tough.

Weeks is 40 ADP (average draft position) so far on mock draft central.

But if you can only choose 1, $17 for Gonzalez is quite a bargain

Right. Those first keepers I listed are locked in. I can either keep Weeks or Gonzalez, but not both.

Do you only start 1 at each position? Or MI and CI? If only 1 at each position, with a $300 cap, i wouldn't worry about paying $17 for Gonzalez

We start 1 at every position, except 2 catchers. MI, CI, 4 OF's and a U. We also start 9 pitchers. 3 bench spots. Our total rosters are 25 players.

Easiest call of the year. Keep CarGo, he is a $48 player in a $300 league.

I would drop Hughes in favor of Weeks. CarGo is too good not to keep when you're getting a first rounder for 2-3x less than where he would go in the auction.
