I apologize for the simple/stupid question but I can't find a straight answer anywhere on the Yahoo site.
I'm thinking about switching my league over from CBS because we're pretty much paying $150 for what Yahoo gives away for free:
1) Expanded scoring categories
2) Keeper league capability
3) Auction draft capability
Sure, CBS has the ability to have minor leaguers on your roster but I can just keep track of that manually until they get called up.

Stat tracker used to cost $9.99 and I gladly paid for it. Now it's free, and I suspect it is so because ESPN begun to offer its real time stats for free at around the same time. There are some expanded features that you can get by upgrading to a plus league, but the free leagues still have a perfectly adequate cache of features.

There's no plus leagues anymore at all. Just the free leagues.

What he said. There are no more plus leagues, and most/all features that used to be available in Plus leagues are now available at no cost.
