Another trade on the board WHIR

Postby KSig24 » Sat Feb 05, 2011 3:32 pm

My Utley for Pedroia and an early draft pick? Or should I try and get Heyward and Hanson?

My 10 team h2h 5x5 8 man keeper.

My keepers

Utley, Felix, Holliday, McCutchen, J Upton, Kinsler, Alvarez, Wright.

shallow draft.

I would shoot for Heyward and Hanson. Why deal for another 2B when you have Kinsler too (well i guess you have him for about 125 games).

If you deal for Heyward, I would look to deal Holliday/McCutchen for an elite 1B or SS.

He has Tulo but wont move him. I could also try and come up on Billy Butler. He will go back to FA and then he will get drafted before he ever makes it to the keeper rounds again, just like Zimmerman, Cano, Uggla and Verlander all have.

Just to give you an idea of how shallow our draft is, Weaver may be a late first rounder along with Uggla.

If you can get Heyward do it. If you could get a combo of Heyward and Pedroia that would be ideal. I would then move Kinsler and Holiday for an upgrade at SS or 1B.

I definitely think you should be able to get more for Utley than Pedroia. You should be able to get Heyward and Pedroia for the stud Utley. I would try that or else just hang onto Utely.

Utley for Pedoria and either Heyward or Hanson would be good. I opt for Heyward

If you can get either Heyward or Hanson, I'd take that deal.
