I would never keep a closer, you don't need Beckham with Phillips, I would go with Chapman even though he might be a closer this season, but long term as a SP I see plenty of upside, plus with Boston's loaded bullpen and Bard waiting in the wings Papelbon has a very short leash on the closers gig.

In an 8 keeper league you play to win this year. Definitely keep Papelbon. chapman is probably going to be stuck in the 7th/8th inning role all year and help your team as much as a guy like Luke Gregorson.
With ten teams you can probably recover Chapman and Beckham later. Not keen on keeping a closer, but with your offense that stacked, you might as well go for the jugular this year and keep Papelbon.
I would keep Beckham. As it was previously mentioned, I would NEVER keep a closer, I don't care how good he is. The position is just too volatile. And if I won't keep a closer, I definitely won't keep a setup man which is what Chapman is. He shouldn't even be an option here. Go with the upside and hang onto Beckham and try and flip him later for a SP or a pick to draft a SP.
Chapman is the bigger risk/reward option you have and the way I would go. Other than that I would only consider Paps but I think by the end of the year Chapman might help your team more.
