Been offered Morales 4 my Reyes.

Given my "Sitch" would you pull on this deal? See my signature below for my team.

I wouldn't. SS is very shallow and you shouldn't have a problem finding a decent 1B.

Problem is there is no 1B out there currently. I'm in a 16 team dynasty with 24 keepers/team. Only 1B's out there are prospects. Only option on draft day would be Hosmer/Belt/Rizzo/Freeman. Not to high on any of these except Hosmer/Belt.

I worry every year whether Reyes will stay healthy and I'd like to get some more RBI's and HR's.

Scoring: HR, RBI, TB, K, OPS, AVG, SB, R

Another option would be to acquire Sanchez for cheap, just don't do at what cost yet. He needs SP's and I got plenty to offer.

And someone in my league has Fielder and Youk and he was thinking Fielder 4 Zimmerman and someone else...

Here is what I would consider:
1. trade reyes for a better first basemen then Morales
2. trade someone else for a better first basemen then what you have
3. trade a pitcher for a first basemen

You should be able to find a starting first basemen for cheaper than reyes.

Because you have cover at SS (Cabrera, Desmond), I'd take the trade. Morales would be a big immediate upgrade over Wallace and you could use another big bat, IMO.

You can definitely get a better 1b than Morales. SS position is very scarce on top tier talent.

Keep Reyes!

Pls. help:

Problem is, straight up, you probably won't get a 1B "better than" Reyes. Morales seems fair value and at best, you'd probably get Morneau. It's a stretch to get one from the Howard/Fielder/Teixeira tier. Reyes' baserunning upside is limited if he has to run less in order to stay healthy (40 SB tops, I'd say).
