Do I keep Cliff Lee over Jose Reyes? ALL HELP RETURNED

Dodger, I agree that $17 is a great price for Lee, and I love the idea of locking in a genuine top-five ace to anchor my lineup. It provides me some flexibility in the draft, letting me grab bats for my first few picks before coming back and landing a #2 SP.

Its been a long time since I went back and forth so much on a decision like this one. I started with the assumption that I would be keeping Lee, then had my mind changed to Reyes. Now I am strongly leaning toward Lee again.

10 team, H-2-H...what positions do you start? does it include a MI?

I think I'd keep Reyes in either layout, but if you start a SS and a MI then I'd take Reyes easily. As AD posted before, Lee's HUGE advantage is his ridiculously low WHIP which is inundated in a H-2-H format vs a roto format, so give me Reyes.

Standard ESPN cats, including one SS and one MI.

I completely understand the H2H vs. roto value argument, and it makes sense that an SP has less value in the H2H format than in roto. However, I have to admit that I am very fearful of the health issue with Reyes. Perhaps this fear is unfounded, but it is there. Picking him would be a larger gamble, and so I tend to lean toward the "don't take a gamble with you first few picks" theory.

Of course, Lee is only one blown out arm away from being a bust, too.
