Do I keep Cliff Lee over Jose Reyes? ALL HELP RETURNED

In a shallow league, I'd go with Reyes and you should get a really good #1 ace back in the draft anyway.

It's close though and in a vacuum, I'd say Lee is the better bet for consistency, upside, and value. In this situation and being a H2H (Lee's ratios aren't as valuable in this format compared to roto), I'd go with Reyes to fill in a scarcer position.

I would keep Reyes without question. SS is extremely shallow, and in a 4 player keeper league, I'm sure there are going to be quality top end pitchers there for you to draft, whereas the best options at SS will most likely be gone. SP are easy to find throughout the season, SS not so much.

This post reflects my thoughts. Position scarcity swings the deal to Reyes imo.

I'd keep Reyes. You can get scads of good pitching in the draft in a four keeper.

I'd probably go with Lee. He's a top 5 starter and while Reyes is a top 3 shortstop there are probably 20 other bats you'd take ahead of him. Get your speed elsewhere and take the ace.

This articulates very well exactly why I asked the question in thevfirst place. Just when I hadvsettled on keeping Reyes (at $20) you got and get me thinking about keeping Lee (at $17) again!

Lee has more value as a top SP than Reyes as a bounce back SS. Reyes has had health issues over the past couple seasons, Lee has been a model of consistency.

think about this 10 teams 4 keepers, no one else will keep a SP really (plenty will be available in draft) so i would keep Reyes.
