no way
an aweful year for Kemp, no doubt about it. but he's young and even his aweful was 28 HR with his power years coming.Phillips took a step back from is '09 numbers too, but I'm a little more concerned we've seen the best from Phillips. Phillips isn't exactly ready for the old 2nd basemens home but in a keeper you want the younger, much more upside player here. You are looking for value here and Kemp gets the nod
