I don't keep arms when you only keep but a few unless its a pitching friendly league. This one you keep your 1b/2b/3b easily.

I am leaning towards keeping ARod. We also do a draft and protect during the draft. Meaning that when Lincecum gets drafted I get to then keep another player on my roster (most likely Jusin Upton). I should be able and draft a #1 pitcher with my first round pick (possibly eyeing Z. Grenke with the 10th overall player off the board after each team has 3 original keepers).

Tough call, usually I go with the "bat" over the "arm" and it probably would come down to A-Rod vs Timmy? A-Rod hasn't been too healthy the last few seasons himself.
Go with Lincecum here.
