So every year I look for the players who will greatly outproduce their draft positions. Generally these are players who are coming back from injury or who are young and ready to pop. Also players with a lot of potential who put up the majority of their stats towards the end of the year.

I'll throw a few out:

Derek Lee (great value pick)
Freddy Freeman
Adam Laroche
James Loney (sure his power has never developed but for a late rounder or mid round in NL only play solid BA/run producer and if he can get to 20 homers he'll be in business. He's ready to prove his doubters wrong)
Billy Butler (ok this guy is oging to break out big this year - Think Joey Votto last year - he won't be a late round steal in a lot of leagues, but will produce way ahead of his draft value)
Lance Berkman (huge bounceback candidate - nice lineup around him - will be playing regularly and can give you an offday 1b/oF option or backup in case you have an injury - his value has plummeted but is definteily worth a late round flier to see if this guy can give fantasy owners one last hurrah)

Ian Kinsler - he might slide down a couple rounds due to some recent history...great value pick if he falls a little

Emilio Bonafacio (I've noticed some improvement in his swing - worked with instructors could be a nice deep sleeper capable of 35 SB and a 275 BA) - gotta like having him and INfante on the same team. He'll be playing somewhere.

Chone Figgins (if he has elgibility - I still like him this year, he will improve his BA greatly this year)
Scot Rolen - good late round selection nice platoon partner, might pair him with an Edwin Encarnacion or Beltre or Chipper - if nothing else can be obtained)

Cody Ross (20/20 OF in late rounds)
Nate McLouth (30/25 OF in later rounds) - great buy low candidate
Cameron Maybin (he's in the same boat as McLouth, he's got to get it done this year)
Dominic Brown, Fernando Martinez and Desmond Jennings - watch spring traning closely, great late round sleepers.

Catchers (yes there are even some sleeper catchers) -
Carlos Santana (injury might force him a few rounds deeper, definitel yworth waiting on instead of reaching for Mauer/McCann/Posey
Matt Wieters (breakout year coming - see improved lineup)
Jason Castro (Houston Catcher no one knows a lot about - but he's a great hitter and I think won't bust out like Towles did)

First half xERA - 4.51
Second half xERA - 3.54

Also in the "Baseball Forecaster" Shandler notes that in his first 19 starts he had a 5.3 DOM and 3.6 Ctl where as the last 14 starts he had a 8.1 DOM and a 2.3 Ctl.

I think Morneau will be a great value pick as his ranking is 64 on Yahoo.

I also like Tabata as a .290+ guy with 30 SB.
Neli Walker - guy wasnt a top draft choice for nothing. Finally putting it together. Also same draft Mark Rogers!

Kung Fu Panda has gotta bounce back. Great hitter!

Gaby Sanchez is gonna be a good value pick with upside of 25+ homers.

Kila the Killa in KC! Look for possible 25+ homers here too. Kid can rake!

Danny Espinosa (homeboy) if he plays every day look for a 20/20+ season with a not so great average.

Mike Morse given the opportunity to play could produce.
