Site is now up at baseballreloaded.proboards.com ...not much up there other than the rules (just sent an email to the confirmed owners a few minutes ago, so that will be why there aren't many people signed up). I'll add the Excel file and team site boards as the league fills up.Thanks once again to everyone for the interest.
