final keeper spot help

12 team, 5x5 roto, auction league, each team has $260 budget for 25 man roster 2 catchers, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, MI, CI, Util, 5 OF, 2 Bench, 9 pitchers. Each team can keep between 5 and 9 players.

For 2011 I have the following keeper possibilites from a team that won it all in 2010, but I can only keep 9. Bold are what I'm thinking, I think my 9th and 10th guys are Sanchez and Werth and I'm having a tough time deciding.

At that price, I'd keep JSanchez over Werth. Also have to consider Pence in the mix.

Yeah I think Pence and Werth are about equal. Do you perfer Pence to Werth? I guess I'll have to make a deal. I like what Sanchez did last year, but I don't know if I trust him for Whip

Keep Sanchez at $4. Pence quietly produces well-rounded seasons. Werth has been very good the past few years, but could see his HR/RBI/runs drop because he is moving to a less generous hitter's park and the Phillies lineup > Nationals lineup.

I'm ok with Werth or Sanchez. Werth should still give you the numbers for another year. Not sure Sanchez can do what he did last year again with out some improvement in other areas. But should be worth more than $4.

I'd rather keep Pence at $20 than Werth and Sanchez for Axford. Otherwise, looks good.

Interesting I haven't seen a lot of people rank Pence very highly, citing concerns with lineup protection. I do love his consistency though.

As for Axford tough to throw back a $10 closer, but maybe, I'm wary of Sanchez, and his control problems resurfacing resulting in a higher whip and ERA, but for $4 he is hard to pass up.
