So Napoli is back to 400-450AB again. .250-.260avg/20-25hr/120-130RBI+R and no speed....going to be overrated yet again

Dude, those are fine stats for a fantasy catcher. How is he overrated?

My thought exactly. On top of that, I really don't see his ceiling as 20-25 homers if he gets 400-450 ABs again. Sure he only hit 26 last year, but the two years previous he hit 20 in 382 and 227 ABs respectively. I'd have to think his ceiling looks something more like 30 or 35 homers this year, especially given the move from Angels stadium to Arlington. Obviously that number assumes something more like 450 ABs than 400, but I don't think it's really out of sight. Even if he only gets 400 ABs I'd expect him to be closer to 30 than 20.

depending how the Rangers use him he could have big numbers. if he can get AB at C as well as 1B/DH giving him 450-500+ AB I think he could/should get 30+ HR and maybe closer to 40. his BABIP was low last season .279 compared to .321 in 2009 and .294 in 2008. his career is .291 BABIP. he also had a higher LD % last season than he had any other season. his AVG should come back up.
