Let me put it this way for you guys-

If you kill Giants and he was the investigator, you now know for sure who the the two mafia are and can finish them off. Game over, town wins.

If you kill Dream and Giants was lying, you may have killed the investigator and you don't know who the last mafia is. Probably town win anyways, but not definately.

Vote for Giants. It's the smart play no matter what you believe.

fine with me, it's srsly over no matter what so just do whatever makes you feel better. it would make no sense for me to do this if i was a mafia as all it would do is assure my death once you realized i was lying.

the game is over either way, urban should just end it now and stop wasting time. sign-ups for mafia 3 gogogo.

Seriously though, it's over. Town massacred mafia and it wasn't even close.

a few points of interest:

Dammit, day 3 went went fast. I missed the whole thing...

Anyway, that day 2 hunch I had was that GF was the investigator, but it all got murky when I saw this post he made on page 11:

if nobody else finds dream in the least bit suspicious i guess i'll concede that i let a hunch get the better of me, but it would be nice to hear another opinion first.

It seemed like he backed off his accusation of dream here a little, and it was just enough to make me wonder if he was just a townie with a hunch.

Oh, and can we get a proper explanation of the deleted post?

I watched Upchuck and the mod told me that he left his house.

Already being suspicious I put in a post saying that I was convinced he was mafia and voted Chucky.

I right away got a PM saying: oops, my bad, he actually didn't leave his house.

I immediately deleted it and said that Chick was ok. But too late, everyone and their sister had read it at that point.

i was reading through the PMs i sent out when i suddenly realized that i gave mookie the wrong info on inuk leaving the house. i messed that up. so i immediately PM'd him with the correction, without ever seeing his post. apparently, he posted his inuk accusation at the exact same time I pm'd him. still not sure i buy that, i mean what are the chances?

now, mook is a smart guy. he could have done about 50 other things aside from deleting the post and causing a big brouhaha. for instance, he could have waited for about 30 minutes and unvoted inuk without anyone being any wiser. he had to know that. but the initial mistake was mine so i get to take the heat. meh, this game was over anyway after gf goes 2/2 and the town picked a mafia to lynch first try...
