2011 League Suggestions

Anyone have anything here?

One thing I would consider changing is setting either a max. length for keepers or escalating price if you keep them year after year. What are your guys thoughts on that?

Entry fee?

Minor league rosters?

Anything else on your guys' minds?

I'd also be down for an entrance fee, but like TD said, only if everyone else was game.

Honestly, I wouldn't want to change the keeper rules, partly due to my own selfishness. If I would have known that prices would escalate, I would have kept a number of my "value" players rather than accumulating 3 1st rounders. My strategy would have changed.

The only change I'd maybe like to consider would be making the league a 6x6. Maybe add something like OPS and whatever pitching category you may fancy.

It seems like we should be asking who is NOT down for an entrance fee.

I like the idea of adding OPS. If we're going to add a pitching category, I might suggest K/9, to make it a ratio category like batting (as opposed to QS or L).

Even more so in a league where I have a history of doing crap!

1. Any amount of money is fine with me.
2. Escalating salaries are hard to determine for the current keepers since they don't have a current cost
3. K/9 isn't a ratio category, but if you want to bring into play MRs I'm ok with it or HDs.
4. OPS is fine with me

If RBV is the only one not willing to pay, we can each chip in a buck or 2 to cover his spot money-wise right?
